This 30‑minute Teams call is designed to help children understand their Emotional Animal Explorers pack in a simple, playful and confidence‑building way. During the call, I introduce the tools, explain how they work, and help your child feel comfortable using them in everyday moments.

Parents are warmly invited to join the session too. I guide you through the tools, show you how to use them at home, and answer any questions so you feel confident supporting your child.
